We'll rely on you to perform daily repairs and maintenance on restaurant equipment and property within assigned stores; ensure timely and accurate completion of Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules, and provide ongoing PM training at the store level; maintain equipment inventory and service/warranty repair records; and make recommendations regarding capital budget expenditures for equipment, building and property repair or replacement.
This position involves 100% day / local travel.

Qualifications

Knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration

Ability to maintain/repair various types of electrical equipment

Environment Protection Agency (EPA) HVAC/R Type 1 and Type 2 certification

1-3 years' experience in general maintenance/repair work, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Technical certification a plus
